Challenge

To define and build a global internal portal for all employees and departments that allowed communication of organisational news and empowered departments to carry out the business of the company more efficiently and securely.

Our approach

We carried out a comprehensive UX Discovery and Research phase.
We explored the organisational hierarchy to uncover the important decision makers and subject matter experts across global regions and departments.

We carried out a full range of interviews across the Parexel estate to assess personal and departmental needs.

We explored the current technology ecosystem and reference architecture to assess available data, locations, solution opportunities and limitations.

We explored the current user journeys and tested the functional prototypes for efficacy and sign-off by senior stakeholders.

Outcomes
