A digital agency created high-fidelity screens with the corporate brand in mind. However, there was little user feedback involved in this process. Our initial engagement was focussed around on stakeholder and SME feedback, not everyday users. Game goals needed to be considered in these designs, but user interaction and feedback was not tested or validated.
